Does Eikos upload my data?
Not for analysis. The core is local. Content leaves only when remote AI or export is explicitly requested.
Does it need internet?
The core, guides and analysis work offline. Remote AI and updates need connectivity.
Does it replace R or Python?
No. It helps you design and understand an analysis, and generates code to continue or audit it.
Why can it refuse to calculate?
Producing a number without defensible data or assumptions creates false certainty.
Is it free?
Yes. Free includes every method, essential warnings, learning content, a reproducible technical report and exports of data, tables, figures and code. AI works with your own key or a local model, uncapped by Eikos. Eikos Pro will add the manuscript, the presentation and key-free included AI. No subscription is active today; see Pricing.
When will it be available?
When the installers are signed and the update channel has been validated.
Can I use clinical data?
You must comply with the applicable obligations and anonymize data before exporting it or using remote AI.
Which languages are available?
The app interface and full guides are available in Spanish and English. This website publishes guide introductions in both languages.
