Your account

Eikos works without an account. Only the included AI needs one, and you may create it with an email address and a password or sign in with Google or with Apple. Signing in with either also means accepting that provider's terms, since they are the ones verifying your identity; Eikos receives only your email address and the account identifier they assign.

Every account with a verified email includes one trial of the included AI: 30 tutor calls and 10 writing calls, once, not renewed. The trial is given per person. Creating several accounts to multiply it is misuse, and Eikos may limit or close accounts used that way. You are responsible for keeping access to your account, and for your password if you use one.

You may delete it at any time from inside the app, with all of its server data and without writing to anyone: how to do it. If you signed in with Apple, deletion also revokes Eikos's permission on your Apple account.

Subscription (Eikos Pro)

No subscription is active today and the app shows no purchase button. These terms describe what is planned and are published before it is enabled.

Free includes every method and essential diagnostic, validity warnings, learning content, notebook, R/Python, SQL, a reproducible technical report and exports of data, tables, figures and code. AI in Free is the user's own: their own provider key or a local model, uncapped by Eikos. Eikos Pro will add the Manuscript track, the Presentation track, Study recipes, the Reviewer's archive and cross-project audit, living synthesis, persistent monitoring panels and included AI.

Included AI is exclusive to Pro and provides 240 tutor calls and 80 writing calls a month. A question may consume several calls. Without Pro, each account only has the trial described under "Your account".

Those features are locked without Pro on web and desktop; what was saved with them can always be viewed, exported and deleted, with or without Pro. Pro status is established by a receipt signed by the Eikos server and stored by the app: it is valid for up to 72 hours offline and never beyond the paid period. Pro is not sold on Android or iOS, and those features are not locked there.

On web and desktop the charge is in US dollars and your bank applies its own conversion, so a charge in pesos will not match the Colombia row. The price that counts is the one on the checkout screen, with taxes included; this table is indicative.

Eikos Pro cannot be purchased today: there is no payment provider. Before purchasing is enabled, these Terms will say who processes it, who issues the invoice and how refunds are requested. Eikos will never see or store your card details.

Each plan includes a 7-day free trial; if you cancel before it ends, nothing is charged. After that the subscription renews automatically until you cancel it, and when you cancel you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. You will be able to cancel at any time. Refunds can be requested by writing to soporte@somatryx.com, and will be handled under the payment provider’s policy and any rights applicable consumer law gives you (in Colombia, the right of withdrawal under Law 1480 of 2011 where it applies). A purchase will be tied to the same account so it can be restored. Purchasing will initially be offered on web and desktop; Android and iOS will not show an external payment link.

Promotions

Eikos has no Founder programme or other launch promotion. The only free access to Pro is the plan's 7-day trial, each account's included-AI trial and, once billing is live, a 3-day trial of each Pro feature on each device, with no card and once per feature.
